In March 2001, Kaneda obtained ISO 9001: 1994 Quality System - Model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing - before any other trading company by first guaranteeing the quality of the company and its products and then further improving the quality by standardizing and documenting all business operations. In May 2003, Kaneda qualified for ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management System - with more focus on quality management to improve customer satisfaction. Kaneda will continue to restructure the company to improve customer satisfaction. Kaneda's policy on quality is as follows: "Kaneda will strive to observe the law and will serve customers by incorporating rapid changes in the markets into its services and products."
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) was established in 1996 to standardize business practices to harmonize the existence of corporations within the natural environment. In March 2003, Kaneda obtained ISO 14001 through its business practices which balance the operation with protection of the environment and prevention of pollution.
Kaneda will continue its environment-friendly business operations by advocating the production of environment-friendly material, tightening of the control of pollutants, and reduction of energy usage and industrial waste. Kaneda's policy on the environment is as follows; "Kaneda will strive to observe the regulations on environment and work to prevent pollution. Kaneda will continue to improve its operation to achieve its environmental goals."
